Quizlet describes its teacher features as providing students with a study tool, sharing study materials online with classes, generating photocopy-ready flashcards, hosting a group where students can create and discuss study materials, and notifying students by email when you've posted new study materials. I plan to use Quizlet to create practice quizzes to help my students classify vertebrates and match animals to their characteristics. Initially, we can project the quizzes onto a smartboard and do them together, but students will learn to work independently or with a partner in the computer lab or on their home computers.
